Als Werkstudent (d/m/w/x) im Bereich Product Management & Product Ownership Support – Disclosure Portal unterstützt du den Product Owner bei der Weiterentwicklung einer konzernweiten Plattform für Open Source Compliance und Software Supply Chain Management. Das Disclosure Portal ist eine strategische Lösung im Umfeld von Software Engineering Excellence, Open Source Governance und digitaler Compliance.
Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs.
Zudem bereitest du Workshops, Meetings und Abstimmungstermine mit internationalen Stakeholdern vor, dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und verfolgst die nächsten Schritte nach.
Du analysierst und bereitest Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams und Compliance-Organisationen auf und erstellst Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Management-Updates.
Du unterstützt bei Rollout-, Kommunikations- und Enablement-Maßnahmen und wirkst an der Erstellung und Pflege von Produktdokumentationen, Wikis und Schulungsunterlagen mit.
Darüber hinaus analysierst du KPIs und Nutzungszahlen, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Disclosure Portals bei.

Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du interessierst dich für digitale Produkte, Softwareentwicklung und moderne IT-Plattformen und begeisterst dich für die Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technologie.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel, Teams und Outlook, um.
Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z. B. Scrum oder Kanban) sowie Interesse an Open Source, Software Compliance, IT Governance oder Product Management.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
