A collective of companies creating an in-house marketing agency focused on the Web3 and blockchain industries, dedicated exclusively to serving its own businesses is seeking an experienced Web3 Developer with strong expertise in building decentralized applications (dApps) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications, deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, and the ability to work across the full lifecycle of dApp development- from design to deployment.

Responsibilities
Design and build modern, responsive front-end applications for Web3 products using React.
Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Integrate blockchain features into front-end applications (e.g., wallets, smart contracts, transaction flows).
Collaborate closely with smart contract engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features.
Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
Stay up to date with emerging Web3 technologies (EIPs, wallets, Layer-2s, DeFi protocols)
Must-Haves
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
Proven experience integrating Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, etc.).
Familiarity with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
Understanding of Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains, smart contracts, and transaction flows.
Experience with version control (Git) and agile workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Node.js or backend APIs for dApps.
Familiarity with smart contract development (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle)
Exposure to design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, shadcn, etc.).
Knowledge of security best practices in Web3 applications.
Contributions to **open-source Web3 projects**
