Based across two locations – London and Bangalore - the team loves welcoming diverse, humble, straightforward and ambitious talent, aspiring for award-winning excellence. We’re looking for a Senior UI Artist with passion, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to help shape the future of our award-winning games including the world’s #1 drag racing franchise.

At Natural Motion, you’ll be the visual voice of our interfaces: crafting intuitive, beautiful, and responsive designs that connect players deeply with the action. You’ll collaborate closely with our Art Director, Designers, Tech Leads and other artists to build stunning interfaces that not only look great but feel effortless to use.

This is your chance to take ownership of visual language, push creative boundaries, and help define how millions of players experience our games.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring ideas to life: Partner with designers to translate creative visions into sleek, functional interfaces that elevate the gameplay experience.
  • Design from concept to completion: From Whitebox prototypes to final visuals, motion graphics, and in-game implementation, you’ll own every step of the UI journey.
  • Champion quality: Provide artistic and technical feedback to the team, ensuring our UI meets the highest visual and usability standards.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with feature teams to deliver high-fidelity assets that look amazing and run efficiently across all platforms.
  • Mentor and inspire: Support and guide other UI artists, sharing knowledge and elevating the craft across the studio.
  • Be the voice of UI: Present work confidently, contribute ideas, and bring inspiration from across the worlds of design, gaming, and beyond.

What You Bring:

  • A strong sense of visual design, with mastery of composition, clarity, and readability across multiple device types.
  • Proven ability to define and maintain a visual identity that feels cohesive and brand-aligned.
  • Expertise in iconography, typography, and motion. You understand how each detail influences the player’s experience.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator (bonus points for After Effects and Premiere).
  • Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
  • A knack for motion graphics that bring energy and flow to the interface.
  • Confidence tackling UX challenges, improving accessibility, and reducing friction for players.
  • Hands-on experience implementing assets directly in-engine, understanding both the creative and technical sides of UI.
  • A track record of shipped mobile and/or console titles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills — and a can-do, collaborative attitude.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in Unity.
  • Understanding of accessibility design principles and how to make games inclusive for all players.

What We Offer You:

  • Competitive salary and discretionary annual bonus scheme
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays & 2 paid personal days
  • 6 months fully paid maternity/adoption leave and 16 weeks fully paid paternity leave (eligibility criteria applies)
  • Pension plan, with a double matching employer contribution
  • Private medical & dental insurance and healthcare cash plan
  • Life insurance, personal accident insurance and income protection
  • Mental health and neurodiversity support programs
  • Company Employee Stock Purchase Plan (eligibility criteria applies)
  • Fitness reimbursement plan, worth £600 per annum
  • Flexible working hours
  • Weekly happy hours, seasonal parties and monthly social events
  • Annual rail season ticket advance and cycle to work scheme

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At NaturalMotion, creativity meets cutting-edge technology. You’ll join a passionate team that thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and pushing what’s possible in mobile gaming.

We believe the best interfaces don’t just guide; they delight. If you’re ready to craft the next generation of game UI and shape experiences for millions of players around the world, we’d love to hear from you.
