Front End Developer (Senior role)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who will own and shape the UI architecture for a critical software platform used in advanced simulation environments. This is a role for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys collaborating cross-functionally, and wants visible impact on a flagship product. You’ll work with a small engineering group (Frontend, Backend, Unity/AR/VR) and lead modern Angular + Electron UI development — while stabilizing and improving legacy components.

What You’ll Own

• Lead front-end architecture, design, and implementation using Angular + Electron
• Deliver new UI functionality while maintaining reliability of existing modules
• Support hardware-connected simulation products with clean, scalable code
• Drive UX consistency, standards, guidelines, patterns, and UI best practices
• Mentor junior developers when needed — lead by example, not by title

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

• Consistently ships new features on time
• Modernizes legacy UI areas without disruption
• Becomes the UI decision authority others rely on
• Improves productivity through standards, patterns, or tooling improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional frontend development
• Strong proficiency with Angular (19+ preferred)
• Experience with Electron or similar desktop frameworks
• Strong autonomous problem-solving and end-to-end delivery ownership
• Experience supporting complex, hardware-integrated simulation products is a strong plus
