We are seeking an exceptional hands-on DevOps Manager to lead our Treasury Kondor product team and drive our cloud transformation journey. This is a critical role for managing our worldwide DevOps and SRE engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a team of 8+ DevOps Engineers
Lead the development of automated CI/CD pipelines and self-service tools on Azure
Apply agile and iterative methodologies to all deliverables
Drive automation to eliminate manual tasks and ticketing
Support R&D teams with DevOps services and tools
Explore and implement emerging DevOps tools and industry standards
Required Experience
10+ years in a Dev/DevOps role
3+ years in a DevOps team management position
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy, Java
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines as code with quality gates
Strong production mindset and customer support orientation
Azure certifications preferred
Soft Skills
Experience working in multicultural environments (Europe, US, Asia)
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Proven track record in Agile project delivery (SAFE/Scrum, JIRA)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
