About the Role:
The Senior Customer Expansion Campaign Manager is a key role within the Enterprise Marketing team responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery across the B2B customer marketing lifecycle including renewals and win-back programs.
In this role you will be responsible for working with global teams, including product marketing, content, communication, digital, field and channel, sales, legal to drive holistic marketing plans and support delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns driving critical growth in customer renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan,
execute, and optimize end-to-end customer marketing lifecycle campaigns
across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives focusing
on renewals and win-back programs.
Be
responsible for planning, developing, project managing, delivering and
measuring marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels; including
design experiments, write creative and campaign launch briefs, oversee
execution, and analyze results.
Plan
campaigns and develop a campaign roadmap quarterly and year-long
timeframes and ensure alignment and relevance across global regions (NA,
EMEA, and APAC).
Support
the delivery of an integrated experience across channels, deploying the
right touch point at the right time, to nurture the relationship and
deliver value to our customers.
Coordinate
end-to-end expansion campaigns, evaluate periodically the success and work
with the cross-functional team to optimize execution and continuously streamline
the campaign management process.
Support
preparation of campaign plans and briefs, developed in collaboration with
Product Marketing, Customer Insights & Analytics, Renewal and Customer
Success team and get additional support from business partners and
regional marketing managers, that are aligned to overarching go-to-market
strategies, marketing plans, and annual goals.
Leverage market and customer insights to
develop expansion marketing strategy, campaign architecture and channel
mix both online and offline in coordination with the subject matter expert
teams to drive engagement and conversions.
Develop end-to-end project plan and timeline
of key milestones and deliverables and project manage deliverables
timelines.
Evaluate the campaign performance and adjust
the strategy with subject matter experts.
Analyze campaign KPIs to drive continuous
performance improvement and provide feedback
to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (marketing or other relevant business field preferred).
5+ years’ experience in managing B2B technology multi-channel marketing customer expansion campaigns with a focus on strategic planning and execution (strong preference for B2B Software, cybersecurity experience is a plus).
Global Perspective: Experience working in a global marketing team or with diverse international markets and ability to work across different time zones with multiple stakeholders in different departments.
Very good understanding of modern integrated marketing principles and a diverse range of tactics.
Proven experience executing campaign processes consistently at scale.
Exceptional attention to detail and collaboration skills.
Proactive, highly energetic with a positive attitude even facing what may look like a tough challenge.
You might be called a little “obsessed” about monitoring campaigns performance, activities and deadlines, and are not afraid to immediately stand up when you see new opportunities or risks.
Strong proficiency with MSFT Office applications (including Excel), Salesforce.com campaigns and reporting, and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) with proven ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
Continuous obsession with improvement and campaign optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Advanced English Speaker.
