Role Summary

As a Senior Backend/Product Engineer, you’ll own high-impact product features end-to-end — from design through deployment. You’ll architect and implement scalable systems, integrations, and pricing logic while working closely with customers to deliver solutions that are powerful yet easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CRM integrations, experimentation platforms, and workflow systems

  • Build scalable backend systems, distributed architectures, and database solutions

  • Collaborate with AI teams on intelligent pricing and quoting features

  • Partner with customers to identify pain points and translate them into effective product features

  • Shape the core infrastructure and product experience for the next stage of company growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience with TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL

  • Knowledge of distributed systems, scaling databases, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving specifications

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
