What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend services for our treasury management platform
- Architect solutions in a distributed, cloud-native environment using modern tools to support highly scalable systems
- Collaborate with our data science team to integrate AI capabilities into our core product
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices that power our customer-facing applications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
- Work directly with product and customer success team to understand customers’ challenges and design effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and frontend engineers
What You Need:
- 5+ years experience as a backend engineer, with participation in large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency with Python 3.x (3+ years of experience)
- Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
- Experience with API design and implementation
- Passion for software architecture, clean code, and testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience in the financial services or fintech space
- Background in treasury management, payments, or related financial domains
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and integration patterns
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures
- Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka)
