As a Product Manager for Atlas, you are responsible for defining the frontier of humanoid robotics in the industrial world. In this role, you are architecting end-to-end solutions for our customers - spanning hardware capabilities, advanced AI models, and sophisticated software - that allow Atlas to solve the most complex automation challenges for the worldβs largest logistics and manufacturing enterprises.
Atlas is the worldβs most capable enterprise-grade humanoid, engineered to take on the most challenging work in industry. In this role specifically, you will own the product strategy and the execution roadmap for the Warehousing and Logistics market. You will lead the development of mission-critical robotic solutions, leveraging your industry experience to translate the needs of high-scale fulfillment customers into precise requirements for manipulation, autonomy, and go-to-market strategy.
This role requires a strong customer presence and the ability to work directly with strategic partners to understand workflows, pain points, and success criteria for large-scale automation deployments.

Day to day activities:
Develop a strategic business plan and roadmaps critical to providing Whole Product Solutions to high volume logistics customers.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between prospects and engineers to design, build, and deploy innovative proof-of-concept projects for Atlas in the logistics market.
Work with prospects remotely and on-site to understand their needs, how they could use our products, and how we can help them succeed.
Conduct gap and competitor analysis of our current and next gen solutions.
Document and distill market information into high-quality artifacts to inform internal discussions and start the design process.
Assess market needs in conjunction with the technological frontier to shape a cohesive and realistic product development roadmap
Desired Skills:
Minimum 9 years of experience as a product manager or in a relevant industry
Experience identifying market gaps, unmet customer needs, and high-potential entry points
Experience conducting comprehensive market research, including segmentation, sizing, and competitive landscape assessments
Proven ability to translate existing customer processes into requirements for end-to-end robotic workflows that solve a range of customer problems in a single market
Proficiency in interpreting market data, KPIs, and financial models to assess market attractiveness and ROI potential
Exceptional ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable market insights and recommendations
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments typical of early-stage market exploration
Exceptional level of drive and autonomy
Excellent skills in stakeholder management, documentation, and communication
Experience working within the warehousing and fulfillment industry
Extensive experience with engaging counterparties from the loading dock to the C-Suite
Product management experience for an early-stage product or scaling technology in an emerging market is a plus
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience working with new technology introduction is a plus
Travel:
Travel to customer sites and regions of interest will be required (no more than 20%)
Otherwise, this role is expected to be onsite
The base pay range for this position is between $154,310.00 to $200,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range represents a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
