Peec AI is the leading analytics platform for AI Search that helps companies understand and shape how they are represented on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and more.
They are a team of executors who work hard and aim to achieve a lot in a short amount of time. Just four months ago, they started the company and have since raised a €1.8m pre-seed round, become the category leader in their space and achieved top-decile ARR growth.
The space they are in is evolving rapidly, so they are looking for a more talent to join us full-time, in person, at our office in Berlin Mitte to help us continue to win the market.
Your Role
As a Backend Developer at Peec AI, you’ll:
- Architect and build the powerful systems that fuel their AI recommendations.
- You’ll design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs, data pipelines, and Databases that deliver reliable insights to their customers all while collaborating closely with product, data, and frontend teams.

**They value clear indicators of excellence, whether it's a high FIDE rating, scaling a side project to a thousand users, or any other achievement that demonstrates exceptional skill and drive.

Languages: TypeScript
Backend: GCP, Cloud Functions, PostgreSQL, Firestore, Cloud Tasks
AI Models: OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Llama, etc.
You're a great fit if you:
- Are deeply skilled in TypeScript
- Work quickly, efficiently, and with a bias for action
- Can implement changes end-to-end
- Actively use tools such as Cursor to enhance productivity while keeping committed code concise, clear, and maintainable
- Can match the code style of an existing project

- Experience in starting a company or working at a very early-stage startup
Compensation: €75,000 - €120,000
Equity: 0.1% to 0.3%
