As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Boston Dynamics, you will join our Logistics team to coordinate the daily shipping of our customer orders in Waltham, MA where we develop the world’s most advanced robots. Every day, you will work closely with our Logistics, Manufacturing and Inventory teams to schedule outbound orders, and ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner with proper packaging. To thrive in this role, you must always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve our fulfillment processes, work with other team members to implement improvements and have excellent communication skills with a team first mentality.

Day to day activities:
Picking and Packing: Accurately pick parts and components from warehouse inventory based on pick lists generated from our warehouse management system.
Shipping and Processing: Prepare shipments for transit, including packing items securely, strapping and wrapping pallets, and creating shipping labels.
Inventory Management: Process all inventory transactions accurately within the WMS to maintain precise stock levels and ensure data integrity.
Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
Desired Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment role..
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and operating pallet jacks.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure order accuracy and proper inventory processing.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software.
Work Ethic: A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
