So what’s the job?



We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven operator to join our leadership team and help scale our business. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and lead day-to-day operations, ensuring we run efficiently while staying focused on what matters most - growth, performance, and customer success.


You will:

  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead and optimize daily operations across departments - focusing on process improvement, efficiency, and impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales targets, improve customer success, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Own and lead performance-focused initiatives – setting clear KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing how we work to boost results across revenue-related functions.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Make data-informed decisions using analytics and BI tools to evaluate success and shape strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities related to sales organization and growth initiatives as the company expands.
