Job Description<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or information security roles.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>2+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or project coordination role.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, standards, and practices<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Experience with secure development practices, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Ability to review technical designs and propose improvements from a security perspective.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Management & Soft Skills:<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Proven track record of coordinating cross -functional teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies).<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Problem -solving mindset with the ability to make balanced decisions under pressure.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Strong documentation and reporting skills.<\/span>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty).<\/span>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Any previous experience in automotive cybersecurity or regulated industries.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Knowledge of any compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, automotive -specific security standards).<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Hands -on experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, SAST/DAST, penetration testing).<\/span>

Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Act as the primary coordinator for all activities related to the cybersecurity direction.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Collaborate with multiple engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity -related tasks.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Translate project requirements into clear technical tasks and ensure proper prioritization.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, ensuring cybersecurity best practices are followed.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Communicate status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and management.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Support planning, estimation, and resource allocation for cybersecurity projects.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Serve as a bridge between technical teams and project/product management.<\/span>
