Senior Project/Program Mgr - Enterprise-Wide Master Data Management

Vistrada is looking for an experienced project manager with a strong data background to join our team in our NY office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish, with a particular focus on managing and facilitating enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) engagements.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management, problem-solving and facilitation abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments and is able to leverage their deep MDM experiences in a client environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and budget.
• Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines,  and grow the relationship.
• Facilitate stakeholders – Interact with multiple client stakeholders to enable close coordination, collaboration and consistent messaging across all parties.
• Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
• Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.
• Track and communicate progress - Measure and articulate performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
• Bring relevant domain expertise – Leverage their past MDM experiences to bring a strong understanding of the Data domain to their day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements:

•  
• Senior Manager-level role (10+ years) - Financial Services experience a must!!
• Extensive background in the “Big Data” space, managing and delivering MDM programs at the enterprise-level
• Significant program / project management expertise
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience with interacting comfortably with client executives
• Global SI / Big 4 consulting experience (e.g., Accenture; Deloitte; IBM)
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
• Passion for managing teams and driving results
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
