Sygnia is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join Sygnia’s People team as we scale and continue to strengthen the connection between people and business. The People Business Partner will partner with one of Sygnia’s largest teams, working with team members in all of Sygnia’s locations, and throughout the entire employee journey. This role would be an excellent fit for an ambitious and passionate professional who is committed to teamwork, business results, and building trustful working relationships. This is a hands-on role, reporting to VP People.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with employees and managers at all levels, providing guidance and support for people matters, such as: talent and performance management, change management, internal communication, and employee wellbeing.
  • Joining the department’s leadership team as the focal point for any people-related issue, ensuring that people considerations and implications are integrated into business decisions and strategy.
  • Enhancing employee engagement, in light Sygnia’s values and higher purpose.
  • Designing and tracking teams’ training plans, ensuring their alignment with team needs and resources.
  • Leading strategic projects in the people domain: developing and implementing programs and initiatives to support business growth, and to strengthen the correlation between people and business.

Main requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a People Business Partner (or an equivalent role) in a global, high-growth company.
  • Demonstrated experience in independently leading People processes, from planning to execution and measurements.
  • Advanced skills in project management, ability to execute data-driven decisions in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with global hiring and onboarding methodologies and best practices.
  • Team player with dedication, agility, and a resourceful approach.
  • Fantastic communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
