Senior Mobile App Developer

APM Monaco is seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile App Developer to manage the development, monitoring, integration, and continuous innovation of our internal applications. This role requires full-cycle project ownership, including application architecture, design input, user interface layout, and database design/programming. 

The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities 

• Develop mobile applications for both iOS, Android and HarmonyOS.

• Focus on Application functional enhancement, including good responsiveness, create and maintain functions.

• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

• Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and responsiveness.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile app development.

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of Flutter, Spring Boot, MyBatis, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile development principles and best practices.

• Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and handling data synchronisation in mobile applications.

• Knowledge of hybrid app development and publishing processes for iOS, HarmonyOS and Android platforms. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
