What You'll Do
- Lead automation initiatives for deployment and testing processes across multi-environment infrastructures
- Architect solutions for complex problems spanning multiple environments and services
- Design, configure, and manage DevOps tools and platforms
- Lead implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitLab, and other tools
- Mentor development teams and drive DevOps best practices throughout the software lifecycle
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical DevOps processes and infrastructure issues
- Establish comprehensive documentation standards and maintain knowledge base
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our DevOps practices and culture
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
- 4+ years of extensive experience with cloud platforms (strong GCP expertise required)
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, including advanced concepts and troubleshooting
- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Deep experience with Configuration as Code (CaC) principles and implementation
- Strong background in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Jenkins
- Knowledge of GitOps methodologies using ArgoCD
- Advanced Linux systems administration (Ubuntu)
- Extensive experience with Helm for complex Kubernetes deployments
- Experience with ELK stack and Apache Kafka
- Proficiency with Ansible configuration management
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Cloudflare services
- Knowledge of security in DevOps environments
- Experience with Terragrunt
- Experience with monitoring and observability using Datadog
