Senior Backend Software Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor to our team, working on distributed systems and helping shape our architecture.

• 7+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Working knowledge of Redis and Kafka.
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with multiple database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent English communication skills for our global team environment.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.

• Experience with React.
• Background working on CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
