Real Estate Consultant – San Felipe

Century 21 Horizon is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team in San Felipe. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people and wants to build a successful career in the growing real estate in San Felipe market.

You will work directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners, helping them identify suitable opportunities and navigate the property transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new real estate leads.
• Consult with clients to understand their property requirements.
• Promote residential, vacation, and investment properties.
• Arrange and conduct property tours.
• Prepare property presentations and market information.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain an active database of clients and prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads and previous clients.
• Build strong relationships within the San Felipe community.
• Monitor local property trends, pricing, and market developments.
• Represent Century 21 Horizon professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
