Work alongside world-class engineers building frontier tech in a highly regulated space
Lead development on high-impact product features both backend and fullstack
Build scalable, compliant systems for loan servicing, call auditing, and internal tooling
Work cross-functionally with compliance, product, and executive teams
Move fast with a small, elite podshipping and iterating weekly
Write clean, efficient Python (this is a Python-native stack)
4+ years of software engineering experience
Mastery of Python (10/10 fluency expected)
Background in both Big Tech (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon) and early-stage startups
Experience building user-facing products and scalable infrastructure
Strong academic background (top schools like Stanford, CMU, MIT, etc.)
Bonus: TA experience in hard CS classes
Bonus: Familiarity with auto lending, compliance, or LLMs
Must be comfortable working long hours in-person (MonThurs, ~8 AM7 PM+)
Proficient in Python (10/10)
Top-tier academic pedigree or equivalent technical excellence
Experience in both Big Tech and startups

Experience in regulated environments or with LLMs
Comfortable working in-person, long hours, early mornings
