WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Join our innovative and dynamic team as an OT Security Analyst. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in identifying and addressing security incidents within industrial environments, working closely with diverse teams to ensure the business continuity of clients' operations.

• Core Activities: As a member of the Incident Response team, you will investigate and respond to security incidents in OT environments. Your responsibilities will include threat mitigation, performing root cause analyses, and implementing preventive measures tailored to strengthen our clients’ security frameworks.

• Technologies: Work with advanced technologies, focusing on SIEM, SOAR, Industrial IDS, and other platforms essential for cyber incident analysis. These tools will empower you to effectively detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats, ensuring the protection of critical industrial operations.

• Team Work: Collaboration is central to our success. You will engage closely with Incident Response teams across various domains, as well as teams managing SOC infrastructure, network management, and architecture design. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively will be crucial to our collective achievements in security.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation or a related technical field.

• Valuable Expertise: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a SOC or CSIRT focusing on OT environments. A deep understanding of incident detection and response techniques, with hands-on experience in using SIEM, SOAR, and Industrial IDS platforms, is essential for analyzing and mitigating threats.
• OT Knowledge: A solid understanding of Operational Technologies, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software, RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Familiarity with industrial frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIS2 and CRA) as well as key architectures specific to sectors (manufacturing, oil & gas) is essential.

• Certifications: Relevant OT-related certifications such as GIAC GICSP or GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 are a definite plus.

• Soft Skills: We value interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Effective communication, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning are key attributes we seek.

• Languages: Native proficiency in Italian and fluent English, both oral and written.
