TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the Role

You will be working on various administrative tasks in our backoffice department, where your accuracy and communication skills will be highly valued.
A total of around 20 colleagues work together across the different backoffice teams. It’s a friendly team with room for initiative.

As an Operations Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and processing incoming orders;

• Managing the order tracking process;

• Maintaining telephone contact with customers;

• Taking responsibility for sales order processing;

• Following up on sales orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About You

Our ideal Operations Support Specialist:

• Has MBO-level education or equivalent (practical and theoretical level);

• Is ambitious and results-driven;

• Is customer-oriented, accurate, and detail-focused;

• Is available between 32 hours and 40 hours per week;

• Ideally fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written), but candidates who are fluent in English only are also welcome.
