The role of the onboarding co-Ordinator is to ensure orders are validated and submitted to the delivery teams within SlA. The co-Ordinator will need a keen eye for detail along with the ability to open lines of communication with various departments around the business.
The onboarding co-ordinator will ensure that the delivery teams have everything they require to deliver the service. If this isn’t provided to them first time, it’s the onboarding agents duty to obtain this form the sales teams.
The onboarding co-ordinator must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
