We are seeking a motivated Junior Mobile App Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, enjoys working on mobile app development technologies, and is eager to develop their skills in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of basic programming concepts.
• Work with modern mobile app development frameworks and tools.
• Focus on coding and contribute to less complex tasks.
• Engage in code reviews for learning and asking questions.
• Continue to grow skills in all used technologies.
• Read internal documentation to understand feature workflows.
• Read and analyze existing code to understand functionality.
• Begin participating in pull request discussions.
• Accept feedback and actively work on self-improvement.
• Collaborate with the team and seek guidance when needed.

• Up to 1-2 years of experience in frontend or mobile app development (or equivalent learning experience).
• Basic knowledge of React/React Native, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Understanding of GIT fundamentals and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with basic React application concepts, such as state management and component-based architecture.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills in React, React Native, Redux, Jest, Storybook, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code with proper structure.
• Contribute to internal documentation, ensuring a clear understanding of feature workflows and technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to research solutions.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on emerging development trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in an agile team and participate in standups, sprints, and retrospectives.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Some experience with unit testing and writing basic test cases.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
• Understand and manage the end-to-end application deployment process to app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, self-hosted APK).
• Utilize monitoring and crash reporting tools like Datadog and Firebase Crashlytics to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and debug complex production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Any previous projects, internships, or contributions to open-source software.
