  • Evaluate and fine-tune agent performance for safety, consistency, and reasoning quality
  • Integrate OpenAI models (Azure OpenAI Service) and tools in production systems

Backend Engineering

  • Design and maintain backend services supporting the Agent Builder (Python/FastAPI or Node.js)
  • Implement integrations with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and vector databases
  • Build pipelines for model evaluation, monitoring, and safety checks
  • Ensure backend infrastructure is secure, scalable, and production-ready

Collaboration & Product Development

  • Work with product, research, clinical, and data teams to translate requirements into agentic workflows
  • Prototype and experiment with new multi-agent capabilities
  • Contribute to both early research prototypes and production-grade features
Skills & Requirements

Skills

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or multi-agent systems
  • Strong backend engineering skills (Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or similar)
  • Direct experience with Azure Functions, or Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with RAG, vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone), and embeddings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or regulated domains
