We are a U.S.-based fintech company with over 20 years of experience building innovative technology solutions for credit unions. We are developing the next-generation technology layer for credit unions and creating simpler, more innovative financial services.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Development team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance digital banking solutions using modern frontend, backend, and cloud technologies.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the entire development stack, building responsive interfaces and robust backend services while collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development working with production-grade applications.
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.
- Experience with AWS, particularly Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, and SQS.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices (OWASP).
- Understanding of scalable and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- English level B2+ or higher.
- Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus.
