Full Stack Engineer with focus on Frontend (Accessibility Product House)

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of features with a focus on frontend using React and TypeScript (design, development, testing, maintenance)
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design and implement scalable API services and data handling solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of backend services that power the product you’re building 
• Enhance backend services to facilitate product development 
• Help drive the evolution of the team’s technology stack, balancing frontend innovation with backend robustness

Qualifications

Frontend (80% focus): 

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering using React over TypeScript
• Strong HTML/CSS capabilities
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (UT/E2E)
• Strong understanding of FE architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Profound expertise in Vanilla JavaScript, DOM APIs, and the JS ecosystem

Backend (20% focus): 

• Experience with at least one language - Node JS, Python, JVM-based (e.g., Java, Kotlin), or similar 
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with one of data stores and services like SQL (MySQL, Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB)
