About Sensei
Sensei is a private alpha, seed stage company imagining the next-generation of sales technology with AI. With a team of founders (experience early at Pure Storage, autonomous driving startups, high frequency trading, and more), Sensei is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI to increase efficiency in sales organizations.
Duties, Deliverables, and Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype user experiences at the frontier of AI and interfaces.
- Working with the founders, machine learning engineers, designers and system architects to scope, develop, and ship product features.
- Setting the long term architectural vision for user experiences and libraries that power the platform's user facing interface.
- Have ownership over the user experience and translate user feedback into features that improve the overall product.
Expertise, Experience, and Background
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering, ideally with a focus on Human Computer Interaction or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Highly skilled in TypeScript, React, NextJS, Remix, and other web technologies, and aren't afraid to explore corners of the web specs to get stuff done.
- Significant contributions to open source web frameworks, languages, and/or frontend technologies.
- Preferably have been on the founding team of a company and/or owned a product from zero to one. Startup experience is a requirement.
- Past experience in roles such as Senior Frontend Engineer, Founding Frontend, Fullstack Engineer with a focus on client-side rendering.
- Thrive in dynamic environments where ambiguity and priorities shift rapidly.
