Join a high-performance engineering team building a digital-first platform for high-net-worth individuals. You will design mission-critical backend systems, orchestrate AI agents, and build data pipelines that power proactive, 24/7 global services. As a founding hire, you will work directly with the CTO to scale infrastructure and deliver high-polish products to a discerning customer base.

What you will do:
Design and implement core backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and DRF.
Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from initial architectural design to production rollout on GCP.
Maintain and evolve background processing systems, LLM integrations, and context-heavy data pipelines.
The ideal candidate:
Has 5+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems with strong Python and Django expertise.
Possesses deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning, schema design, and background job systems like Celery.
Is a product-minded engineer comfortable managing cloud-native infrastructure and making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
