Join the Adobe Cloud Platform (ACP) team and help shape the future of creative collaboration. ACP powers cloud-first workflows for flagship products like Firefly, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Express. Our platform spans multiple AWS regions and is built on hundreds of microservices, enabling seamless collaboration and storage for millions of users.

We’re looking for a people-first Engineering Manager to lead one of our development teams in Hamburg. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and driving technical excellence – all while growing as a leader.
Lead a small, agile engineering team working on core services of the Adobe Cloud Platform.
Build an environment where engineers can do their best work – through mentoring, coaching, and supporting their growth.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams across Hamburg, the US, and India to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable services.
Drive improvements in how we build software – from development practices to team culture.
Contribute to a platform that supports millions of creative professionals around the world.
Experience leading or mentoring software engineers – formally or informally.
A strong technical foundation (e.g., software engineering, architecture, cloud systems, APIs).
Great communication skills – you’re comfortable working across teams and time zones.
A collaborative attitude – you enjoy working with others to solve problems and make things better.
Familiarity with modern engineering practices and how to use AI to shape software development.
