As Director of IT for OT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology capabilities that enable resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain and plant operations across PT. This role will lead OT optimization and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on governance, cybersecurity, execution and compliance, while building and managing a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and align with PT priorities.

The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $177,000 - $221,000. This position is incentive plan eligible. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
