Studies & experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical and operations support background
  • Experience in at least some of the:
    • CI/CD/DevOps tools\: GIT, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Private cloud (VM), GitHub, Groovy, Python, Linux, and / or Shell scripting
    • Development tech stack\: Java (8 & 17), Core Java, J2ee, Spring Boot technologies, and / or Oracle
    • Monitoring\: ELK stack

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Communicative French would be an asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Applied knowledge of scripting/programming
  • Practical knowledge of SCRUM (agility) framework
  • Good Understanding of Release Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management (ITIL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude,
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects

Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) and Financing Business Monitoring (FBM) teams are autonomous feature teams working on the CPM and FBM applications respectively and following the SCRUM agile methodology. DevOps activities are at the heart of CPM and FBM applications providing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) capabilities.

Our division oversees the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities alongside teams in other main locations\: India (Bangalore) and France (Paris) to fulfil the data ambitions of SGCIB.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Encouraging and building automation processes
  • Monitoring and measuring system experience and KPIs
  • Improving services through rigorous testing and releasing procedures
  • Developing new features as\: conception, development, testing, deployment
  • Translating design to code and performing necessary testing
  • Performing root cause analysis for current issues and analyzing backlogs
  • Troubleshooting problems with application development and usage
  • Responding to the End Users in adherence with the SLA Process
  • Actively communicating with team members and Business in an international environment
