Cybersecurity & IT Support Specialist – Technology Architects

Technology Architects is seeking a Cybersecurity & IT Support Green Bay Specialist to help businesses maintain secure, reliable, and efficient technology environments. This role combines day-to-day IT support with cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, network troubleshooting, and proactive technology maintenance.

Technology Architects provides managed IT, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, cloud services, and IT consulting for small and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, servers, networks, and applications.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, users, and security settings.
• Monitor endpoints, networks, and security systems.
• Assist with cybersecurity assessments and remediation.
• Support endpoint protection, MFA, password security, and access controls.
• Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Identify and resolve potential IT issues proactively.
• Document tickets, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology projects.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting networking and endpoint issues.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSP experience.
• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
• Experience with RMM and ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure, Intune, Entra ID, or Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with firewalls, switches, and business networks.
