Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group — 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

The context
Within this team, you work on the AI programme of a Luxembourg bank putting AI to work in its daily operations. Every use case runs on a governed platform, under the EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR and CSSF supervision. The challenge is not to reinvent the architecture but to make what exists deliver, reliably and traceably.

Your mission
You turn business needs into AI solutions that work in production, and that people understand.

Understand and analyse

• You work with business teams to understand their processes and assess where AI adds real value
• You analyse what already runs on the platform before proposing anything new

Build and integrate

• You develop and maintain AI use cases, from prompt design to integration into the bank's applications
• You test, measure and improve the quality of model outputs

Secure and document

• You document your solutions so they can be audited, reused and handed over
• You apply the bank's security, data protection and AI governance rules from day one

Your profile

What is essential

• A Master's degree in computer science, data science or engineering
• At least one year of hands-on experience building AI or data solutions
• Solid Python and experience building and consuming REST APIs
• A clear understanding of how an enterprise AI platform works: models, prompts, retrieval, access and cost control
• An analytical mind: you learn fast and improve what exists before rebuilding it

What makes the difference

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Copilot Studio, ideally with an AI-102 certification
• Used to integrating Java / Spring Boot services via OpenAPI, ideally around a core banking system such as Avaloq
• A first experience in banking or another regulated environment

Languages
Required: French and English, both fluent.
