gTECHserv is looking for a skilled Cloud & Network Engineer to join our growing technical team. You will help businesses design, maintain, secure, and improve their cloud and network infrastructure while working on a variety of IT projects.

Main Tasks

  • Design, configure, and maintain business network infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Plan and support cloud migration projects.
  • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Implement cybersecurity controls across cloud and network environments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Identify infrastructure risks and recommend technology improvements.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and project activities.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Technology Stack

Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, VMware, Hyper-V, cloud backup, endpoint security, RMM, and network monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in network or systems administration.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or Azure certifications are a plus.
