As a leader of the backend development team, you'll be responsible for designing and building backend systems and game features. This includes everything from databases to server logic to network communication to client backend logic and more. You’ll work closely with other developers and designers to meet the demands of the fast-paced mobile games industry. If you are an experienced and self-taught person who is willing to pursue technical challenges in the course of developing Gaming server systems, then this role is for you. 

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, leading development teams and driving technical delivery
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and capable of independently managing tasks and projects
• 5+ years of experience with .NET (3+ and above)
• Strong background in networking and asynchronous programming
• Experience in SQL, DDL, query planning, and general database architecture
• Hands-on experience with caching systems, including Redis
• Experience working with MySQL and ElasticSearch
• Experience developing and working in Linux environments
• Experience with Docker, Git, and GitHub
• Experience working with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Good English proficiency (verbal and written)

• Advantage, working on the AWS platform. 
• Advantage, experience on a mobile game with a strong server component
