About the Role
As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our product. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, efficient, and robust systems that support a growing user base.

- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that meet product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring that systems are reliable and bug-free.
- Optimize backend systems for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the platform
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages, and experience in Golang, Rust, Typecript.
- Experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
