Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer with the ability to build deep solutions and lead clients end-to-end.

The Role Includes:

• 80% Hands-on deep technical work with Azure
• 20% Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Architecture with Clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading End-to-End Azure Projects: Requirement definition, architecture, planning, implementation, and more.
• Daily hands-on work with Azure:
• Compute, Networking, Security, Storage, Entra ID, Hybrid Environments.
• Building and maintaining full CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Bicep at an advanced level.
• Leading technical meetings with clients: Architecture, workshops, POCs, and SOW.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and taking full ownership of project delivery.
• Collaborating as part of a leading Azure expert team, with opportunities for managerial development.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure — Infrastructure, architecture, management, and implementation.
• Significant experience with Azure DevOps / Pipelines (CI/CD) — required.
• Proven expertise in Terraform or Bicep.
• Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments: Entra ID/Azure AD, Networking, Security, Compute, Storage.
• Experience leading technical efforts with clients/external projects.
• Proficiency in PowerShell / Bash / Python scripting.
• Ability to take full ownership of an end-to-end project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data/AI services: Fabric, ML, Synapse, Data Factory, Cognitive Services.
• Background in Technical Pre-Sales or Consulting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V.
• Azure certifications at Associate/Expert level.
