Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML capabilities within NextBrain.
• Develop models for anomaly detection, forecasting, and more.
• Implement generative AI using approved platforms and models.
• Create and evaluate LLM and agent behavior frameworks.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy AI services into production.
• Monitor and improve model and agent performance continuously.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Stay updated with emerging AI and data-science technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based environments and CI/CD practices.
• Strong foundation in statistics and model evaluation.

Preferences

• Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services and time-series analytics.
• Experience with industrial or operational datasets.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model-monitoring practices.
