The Air Quality Division Administrator assists the Director in providing overall policy guidance to the Agency to support the Agency's Mission and Values. Represent the Agency at meetings within the State Government and with outside stakeholders. Research, analyze, and propose policies, rules, and regulations. This position is responsible on a state-wide basis for the planning, implementation, and management of Wyoming’s air quality programs under the Clean Air Act.

PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Preference will be given to those with a Bachelor of Science degree in technical fields of engineering, environmental science, or a related field of study.
Preference will be given to those with an advanced degree in engineering, environmental science, law, or a related field of study.
Preference will be given to those with 10 years of experience in either governmental or private business.
Preference will be given to those with at least 4 years of related environmental experience.
Preference will be given to those with an advanced degree in engineering, environmental science, law, or a related field of study.
**Applicants are also required to provide a written response to each of these three questions detailing their experience, knowledge, and ability. Each response must not exceed 1 page with a font-size of no smaller than Arial 11 point.
