Administrative Support Internship

Protect.ngo is a Switzerland- and Netherlands-based foundation dedicated to protecting those who protect others. Our mission is to expose and defend: we expose the human impact of cyberattacks and information manipulation targeting civil society organizations, and we defend them through cybersecurity support, technology, and a global network of talents. Your main tasks will include the following: 

• Support the Operations Team with growing our impact in the Netherlands and in Europe by supporting in existing programs and assisting in finding new opportunities

• Contribute to project administration and documentation

• Help organize meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements

• Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc operational needs

• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and time zones

• An enrolled student/recent graduate (HBO, Bachelor's or Master's level) in a relevant field

• Possess foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and principles

• Has a basic understanding of how the Dutch market works

• Must be fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken (level C1)

• An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative

• Requirement: tripartite internship convention/agreement preferred but applicants who finalized their educational program will also be considered

• Start date: as soon as possible

• Duration: 6-12 months (flexible, renewable upon review)

• Working rate: ideally full-time (32 hours per week)
